A vital part in our activities is the strict adherence to quality standards: delivering the quality which we sell is of utmost importance. Our reputation built over the years has not come by accident. And no, Supremo has never been involved in an arbitration... Nowadays, as our whole industry faces tough times,

we need to have extra attention for the demands of the struggling growers. We are faced with a market situation which is too complex and too big to be tackled by mere individuals or companies; however, we cannot give up searching for better answers to the justified needs of the people who make this whole industry viable.

We strongly believe that provided we treat everybody as we would like to be treated ourselves and thus operate on the basis of equality with free economical agents, we will all modestly contribute to a better world. One important factor in achieving this, is the sharing of insights and information.

Another one is transparancy, in both the way we do our business as in the way the company is run. An attitude and a strategy can only work provided it is supported by partners and stakeholders: customers, suppliers, bankers, forwarders, shipping lines, insurers, colleagues.... Exposure and openness, of which this website wants to be an example, will help us to improve and finetune our approach based on the feedback of all those involved.
